OK, whichever divine being is sending me those bats can stop now! I got 2 more bats today. It's going to suck my blood and I'm going to have to teach night classes. I'm not ready for that!

i think those bats sensed that you need company so they're taking the initiative! or maybe they know that you're from the US and they want to try something imported! hehe. =)
seriously, maybe you have some food or scent that's causing the bat migration to your apartment?
Awesome! I love bats. So cute! Like flying mice! When I was little, I used to beg my mom for a pet bat. Not a dog or a cat, but a pet bat. I know, I'm "unique". :)
